Balls are dropped through a pipe from predetermined heights with the help of mechanical or electromagnetic releasing jaws and slot on the pipe. Balls can be also fitted to a mild steel block and connected to a rope for pulling it back to the required height, up to 2 mtr.
Pipe is clamped to channel support at a distance according to the size of the sample. Ball should fall only once on the test piece.
Designed as Per different standards including ISO/ IS and many matching standards, to find the effect on objects ( mould polymer, batter cabinet, crates…) under direct hit out of sudden drop of a ball from fixed height.
The tester is with variable height adjustment and releasing with mechanically/ electromagnetically.
Different size of parabolic ball / dart on required weight can be made with holding device for right impacting.
Additional fixture, holding, light provision for hairline crack finding, increasing with additional weight are optionally available.
Constructed in Sturdy MS with powder coating and plating.
